| REGISTRATION | Open pre-registration for team captains will be possible from September 21. All teams will initially be placed on a waiting list. If more teams have registered by September 28, 18:00 hrs than can actually play, the available starting places will be drawn at random. It doesn’t matter when you registered in advance during the week – everyone will be entered into the draw on an equal footing. All those who then receive a starting place will be notified by October 5, 18:00 at the latest, so that travel and accommodation can be planned as usual. All other teams will remain on the waiting list for the time being and will move up if they cancel. Payments will only be made once the starting place has been confirmed. |
| IN BRIEF | Once again we hold a Volleyball tournament classified into levels A/B, C and D on men’s net height. The tournament is played according to the current international Volleyball rules on limited time. At least four matches are guaranteed. |

| ARRIVAL | Public transport From Central Railway Station, Hauptwache, Konstablerwache take the S-Bahn S 8, S 9 (direction Frankfurt Airport) to the S-Bahn station Stadion. From there it is about a ten-minute walk to the sports complex. There is a (chargeable) multi-storey car park right next to the building. |

| SCHEDULE | Gym opens for warm-up: 8:30 hrs Tournament starts: 9:30 hrs Finals will end: 18:00 hrs Check-in: Team captains had to appear at the tournament table. |
| CATERING | The tournament fee includes sandwiches, fruit and sweets as well as coffee, tea and mineral water. |
| MEDAL CEREMONY | Each team should bring a Secret Santa gift, which will be exchanged at the award ceremony immediately following the tournament. |
| DINNER | Joint dinner following the tournament. Reservation at check-in or during the tournament. |
| HYGIENE GUIDELINES | The basic hygiene requirements are described here. If additional measures are ordered in this discipline, we will inform the participants in time. |
