Arrival

Frankfurt is located in the heart of Europe and easy to reach by car, train and airplane. The city has a well-integrated public transportation system. Most sports halls and events can be reached by public transport. We recommend buying a day ticket for 7.10 EUR or a group day ticket for 13.60 EUR for up to five people (does not apply to Volleyball!). You can ask in your hotel for a “Hotel Guest Ticket” – it is available in many hotels in Frankfurt costs 12.90 EUR for the Frankfurt city area including the airport for two consecutive days.
