The tournament fees for participation in the sports program:
Badminton I 35 EUR per person
Bowling I 35 EUR per person
Equality Dancing I 25 EUR per person
Football I 120 EUR per Team
RainbowRun I 12 EUR per person
Squash I 35 EUR per person
Swimming I 45 EUR per person
Tennis I 45 EUR per person
Volleyball I 239 EUR per team
Fees for other events within the tournament:

Party* I 14 EUR (for XMAS participants, companions and FVV members only)
City-Tour** I 10 EUR presale
* Tickets ordered via FVV can only be picked up at the check-in!
** No ticket necessary, there will be a register of names at the meeting point!
Note that all sports will be held in parallel on Saturday and therefore you can only register for one sport.
The registration is valid only after we have received the tournament fee and confirmed your participation by e-mail.
The general registration deadline is the Friday two weeks before the tournament weekend, but can be extended for individual sports. Registrations will be handled on a first come, first served basis. This means that once the maximum number of participants (which varies for each sport) is reached, the respective registration may be closed earlier. Waiting lists will then be drawn up. No request for payment is issued to those on the waiting list. You can see what you already ordered and the costs in your personal order account – this is not a confirmation! Only when the participant is transferred to the active list a request for payment will be sent.
Random draws: For some sports, pre-registration is possible. If more participants or teams are registered there until the general registration start, the slots will be drawn and no later than 48 hours after the general registration start the participants or teams will be informed about the result of the draw.
Once registration is complete, please send any requests for changes or cancellations by e-mail to: registration@fvv-xmas.org. Also, changes and cancellations only become valid upon being confirmed by e-mail.
In case of cancellation, the participation fees will be refunded as follows (also applies to registered dance or double partners and teams if no suitable substitute can be found):
– Refund for cancellation before October 31: 100%.
– Refund for cancellations between November 1 and the “general registration deadline”: 50%.
– Refund for cancellation after the “general registration deadline”: 0%.
– Refund in case of illness including medical proscription of sports in the form of a doctor’s certificate received by the Thursday before the tournament: 100%.
In case of non-attendance or cancellation of the event due to force majeure, no claims will be accepted for refund of the entry fee, other expenses or compensation.
The event takes place on the basis of the valid Covid regulations of the federal government and the respective state and municipalities. However, further participation, hygiene or safety regulations may be issued by the organizer. Changes in the tournament formats may occur at short notice due to ongoing developments and legal requirements. Furthermore, restrictions for athletes from certain regions cannot be ruled out at a later date. In any case, we recommend making flexible travel and hotel bookings. The general guidelines and the special instructions of the supervisors must be followed. Each participant is responsible for providing his/her own necessary personal protection and hygiene equipment.
By registering, the participant confirms that he/she has read the information for the chosen sport and agrees with the rules and regulations. By registering for the competition, the participant also confirms that he/she has a sufficient level of physical fitness to take part. The organizer assumes no liability in case of illness or accident. It is acknowledged that it is the participant’s own responsibility to take out suitable travel, health, accident and liability/third party insurance.
The organizer assumes no liability for the loss of, or damage to, personal valuables or for personal injury.

The personal data received during the registration process will be used to run the XMAS tournament. This involves drawing up and publishing tournament schedules (using first and last name, country, club, discipline and level as well as results), including on online-based, publicly accessible tournament systems (tournamentsoftware.com, my.raceresult.com and similar). Data will only be passed to other third parties where necessary for the running of the event. Data not directly related to the competitions will be deleted after six months, unless individual processes have not yet been completed or higher-ranking deadlines, which we are obligated to respect, prevent this.
Film/Photo: The event is open to the general public. It is not only a sporting competition, but also serves to promote personal contact between the participants. In accordance with the duty to inform pursuant to Art. 14 GDPR, we would like to point out that photographs and video recordings will be made during this event. We will use these for reporting and public relations purposes. For this purpose, the recordings may be published by the organizer in all media (online/offline, analog/digital) and without any claim to remuneration by the participant. The legal basis for the processing of the photo and video data of the participants is Art. 6 para.1 (f) GDPR, as there is a legitimate interest in informing the public about the activities of the FVV and documenting our association activities. If photos are provided to the organizer for publication, it is agreed that this is done free of charge and for an unlimited period of time, the naming of the photographer is not necessary, the photos may be edited and the consent is not limited to certain media, channels or purposes.
The participant confirms the correctness of all data which he/she submits and undertakes not to pass on the right to participate to any other person.
In order not to miss future events of the FVV, it is possible for participants to request during the online registration that their e-mail address be stored and used for this purpose. This consent can be revoked informally at any time.
