| IN BRIEF | We play an indoor tennis tournament for a maximum of 24 participants. There will be singles and doubles. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve rule. |

| ARRIVAL | Public Transport Tram 15 or 16 direction and exit „Stadtgrenze Offenbach“ or Suburban train S1, S2, S8 or S9, exit “Kaiserlei”. Free parking available. |
| SCHEDULE | Saturday, December 7, 2024: Meeting time: 8:30 hrs. Tournament starts: 9:00 hrs. Tournament ends: 19:00 hrs. Medal ceremony directly after the finals. In order to organize the tournament professionally, the registration times on the day of the tournament are strictly adhered to. |
| CATERING | Fruits and water are free (as long as supplies last). |
| MEDAL CEREMONY | Immediately following the tournament (scheduled for about 19:30 hrs). |
| DINNER | Joint Dinner after the tournament in the restaurant at the tennis facility. Registration at check-in or during the tournament. Self-paying. |
| ANNOUNCEMENT | SINGLE: There will be two groups – sorted by skill level. Please indicate your LK or GLTA level when registering. “Fast Tennis” will be played, i. e. one set without deuce. A “Consolation Round” will be offered for the defeated players. If there is enough time, the finals will be played with ad. DOUBLES: There will be a common draw for everyone. When registering, please state the name of your partner. GUARANTEE: Three matches – two in singles and one in doubles – are guaranteed. IMPORTANT: Special tennis indoor shoes to play on carpet – i.e. with plain soles and without tread – must be worn (see picture here at “equipment”). No drinks other than water are allowed in the hall and participants sit on the courtside. |
